Ruesch Companies, LLC. was founded in 2011 by Shane and Michaela Ruesch. To date, Ruesch Companies, LLC currently owns and manages several hundred rental properties consisting of duplexes, single family homes, and apartment complexes. These properties are located throughout Central Wisconsin. In addition to the rental properties, Shane and Michaela started a self-storage company, Stuff It Storage, LLC in 2015. Reusch Companies, LLC takes pride in constructing new real estate and storage facilities from the ground up.

Stuff It Storage, LLC is a self storage company with over a thousand rental units that are mainly located in Central and Northern Wisconsin. These units range in sizes from a small closet to a large door, RV/Boat storage unit.

 

Ruesch Companies, LLC employs individuals who have specific job duties and responsibilities throughout the company. These positions include management, leasing agents, bookkeeping, customer relations, maintenance, grounds, and a complete construction crew. Our company also has developed close relationships with respected area subcontractors.
